How do I get stickers?

Pre-printed packs are launching soon — join the waitlist on the home page. Meanwhile you can generate QR batches on the web dashboard and print them at home on sticker paper.

What are layers?

A photo per depth-level of a bin, so you can see under the top without digging. Add a layer each time you photograph deeper into the bin.

How does the AI tagging work?

Opt in once, then tap Analyze on any layer photo. Claude suggests the items it sees; you approve or edit before anything is saved. It stays off until you turn it on.

Who sees my bins?

You and the people you invite to your household. Spaces let you share specific storage locations across households.

I lost my phone.

Sign in on the web or a new phone — your bins and photos live encrypted in the cloud, not on the device.

How do I delete my data?

Photos and bins: delete in-app, effective immediately. Whole account: email hi@mybinio.com during early access and we’ll do it the same day.
